By accessing or using Stoptions.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Stoptions.ai ("we", "us", or "our").
Stoptions.ai is an algorithmic scanner and trade card delivery service. The Service scans S&P 500 equities using a proprietary scoring model and delivers structured options trade cards ("Morning Brief") to subscribers via email and a web dashboard. The Service is informational and educational in nature only.
We do not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management, or brokerage services. The Service is not a registered investment adviser and is not regulated by the SEC, FINRA, or any other financial regulatory body.
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin a free trial. At the end of the trial period, you will be prompted to choose a paid subscription plan if you wish to continue accessing the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. Billing occurs at the start of each billing period. All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms.
We use Stripe to process payments. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. Subscription prices may change with 30 days' notice to your registered email address.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@stoptions.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date. No partial-period refunds are provided.

All content, trade cards, scoring, and recommendations generated by the Service are algorithmically produced and are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make.

Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose your entire investment. Past performance displayed on the Service — including win rates, returns, and trade outcomes — does not guarantee or predict future results. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade options in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is not available to residents of jurisdictions where the distribution or use of the Service would be contrary to applicable law.
All content, algorithms, trade cards, scoring methodologies, designs, text, and other materials on the Service are the exclusive property of Stoptions.ai and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Service content without our prior written permission.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the Service for your own use. Sharing account credentials or republishing trade card content is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your subscription.

We aim to deliver the Morning Brief by 9:30 AM ET on each US trading day. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery. Technical failures, market holidays, data provider outages, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect delivery. No credit or refund is provided for missed deliveries.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR FREE FROM ERRORS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STOPTIONS.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, OR DATA LOSS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.
