When does my Morning Brief arrive?

Every trading day (Mon–Fri) by 9:30 AM ET. The algo runs overnight and the brief is sent at approximately 9:32 AM. If you haven't received it by 9:45 AM, check your spam folder and add morning-brief@stoptions.ai to your contacts.

My Morning Brief is in spam — how do I fix this?

Add morning-brief@stoptions.ai to your contacts or whitelist. In Gmail, open any Morning Brief, click the three dots → "Filter messages like these" → "Never send to spam." In Outlook, right-click the email → "Junk" → "Never block sender."

What do the scores mean?

Every setup is scored 0–100 based on four signals: EMA alignment (trend), RSI momentum, Relative Strength vs SPY, and Volume Surge. Only setups scoring 65+ qualify. Scores above 80 are high-conviction. Visit /algo for an interactive breakdown.

Why are some setups stock cards and some options cards?

The algo produces both — the mix depends on signal quality each day. If options IV is very high (IVR ≥ 90), the algo may produce a stock trade card instead since the options would be too expensive. Your tier determines how many setups you see, not the type.

How do I change my account size for position sizing?

Go to Dashboard → Account → Settings. Enter your trading account size and the position sizing on every trade card will update to reflect your risk parameters (typically 1–2% risk per trade).

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Dashboard → Account → Subscription, or visit /upgrade. Changes take effect immediately and you'll receive a confirmation email with what's newly unlocked.

How do I cancel?

Go to Dashboard → Account → Subscription → Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period. We'll send you a save offer first — you can ignore it and confirm cancellation if you're sure.

I was charged but don't have access — help!

Email us at billing@stoptions.ai with your order details. We'll resolve it within one business day. This is usually a Stripe webhook timing issue and is easy to fix.

Does Stoptions.ai provide financial advice?
